All the weight watchers in union county NJ were closed Sunday due to some big WW meeting. I did not weigh in. Unfortuantely I have to wait for this Sunday.
Also, my husband hid the scale from me. I was weighing myself 3 or 4 times a day!

No change this week. Normally when I get weighed in I go first thing in the morning before I eat/drink anything.
I went last night after a full day's worth of meals and about a gallon of water.
So I am ok with it because I know that your weight changes throughout the day.
Next week I will probably go at night again so I will be able to really compare week to week.

After hitting a plateau the whole month of September with no weight loss or gain, I am back at losing weight.
Lost 3 Lbs last week.
Total weight loss 36.8 Lbs.

I know I have said this before, but I am back on plan this week-I didn't even go off plan yesterday like I usually do on weigh in day.
I'm at 37 pounds, I want to get to 45 but the end of this month.

after doing atkins and doing pretty well i found after a major stall i gave up (like usual) and then dh got some blood tests back and they didn't look so good for him. So we are switching to WW as of today. Plus i heard they are changing their program which makes me a bit more excited. I still plan to avoid high net carb foods since my appetite did change.

IM BACK! After almost a yr, birth of my twins.....
I Just signed back up today at lunch.
Goal: 10lbs to get back to pre pg weight, and back to my lifetime goal weight.
