I have lost 58 pounds as of this a.m.!!
Phyl, that is amazing!!!! 
I lost 1.8 at yesterday's meeting.
My total is 39.2.
sooooo close to 40! I hope to get it on Sunday!

update,
gained 1.0lb.
Im ok with it, since I had a terrible week of indulging...holidays partys, LIF gtg, retirement party....
So Im not feeling guilty and enjoyed myself and moving on. 
Total loss is 8lbs.

Everyone is doing so well! It's very inspiring to read about all of your successes and positive attitudes!
I was down 5.2 this week, my first week. This was exactly the kind of motivation I needed to help keep me on track these next few weeks.

It's frustrating but hang in there I'll bet it's gone next week.
I'm worried it's going to bring friends with it with Christmas and all I am going to do alot of walking this week to try and do some prevention. I am glad to be going into Christmas on WW and not waiting until the New Year though.

Okay so first week on new plan and I gained 2.4 and I am not happy! NOt sure what I did wrong but then again I did not follow completely like I normally would due to holiday parties etc.... I wish they gave you the option to either stay with old plan or do the new plan. I may just stick to the old plan since I have been lifetime for over a year and that is what helped me lose 52 lbs! Not sure I am a bit confused!

What are you confused about? Maybe we can help you. I HATED the new plan at first but I saw that it really worked for me. Were you eating a lot of fruits and vegetables? I gained last week and I think it was because I was not eating enough fruits and vegs or drinking enough water.

I'm confused because I don't know if I should follow what I have been doing (the old plan) or give the new plan another try. I am thinking that after the New Year I will try new plan again!
