I'm using my pro lab for printing. 
Nice! And they'll cut them too with a savings from ordering from tiny prints? I'd sit there like a dope and hand cut them all!

This is the back, I did the trifold as well (from Andreap designs!)
(Obviously there's no delete over her face, this was from the proof)
This is the inside, the front has the writing on it (what you see when you first look at the card in a trifold)

.65 Cents for the entire order?/ I used the same codes as you and my order came to 84.00 for 60 cards.
