I can't figure it out either. 
Click on the shutterfly pic you want to open, once open right click your mouse, go to properties, click, highlight the properties of the file, copy, come back here, click insert web image, right click hit paste, then hit enter
When I right click on it I dont get properties as one of the options.
What browser are you using? Firefox is even easier to get the properties of an image. In FF, just right-click on the pic, and select "Copy Image Location"
I have FF but the only options I get when I right click on it are Back, Reload, Bookmark This Page, Save Page As, Send Link, View Background Image, Select All, View Page Source and View Page Info.
If I click save page as.. it wont let me save it as a jpeg.
So confused.

In the Preview tab, right-click on the card and select "View Background Image"
Once you see just the background image, you can save it as a jpg.

The picture was cut off on top a little bit when I scanned it...we did a family shot, and I wish I would have put "The ___ Family 2011"...oh well!
