I am now nearing the end of my 4th week!
I am down 6lbs. Super excited because although I was losing on my own (10lbs in2+ months b4 joining weight watchers) I needed a kick start because after Easter I "feel off the wagon" and couldnt get hte motivation to get back on.
I had a friend say that seeing me change makes her want to join!

WI'd on Saturday, down 3lbs, so a total of 13.4 in a month.
But used all my flex this weekend, so gotta buckle down this week.

I made Lifetime yesterday! So psyched. 42 lbs gone, hopefully forever!!
Can anyone quickly explain the process/rules of lifetime to me though, im still confused about the weighing in once a month deal. TIA!

I'm down 1.4 lbs I know I know I should be happy espicially since I lost 4.2 last week but I really want to lose at least 3 a week minamilly 2. Don't know what I need to do to do that.

Lost another 1.4 lbs ...expected since I wasnt able to work

I just joined WW again last Thursday. I had lost weight before I met my DH. When I met DH my weight climbed, then we got married and 3 months after we were married I got pregnant. DS was born in March 9 weeks early. It was a very stressful time and I was eating like crazy because of emotions. NOw DS is home so I joined WW again to get this weight off. I joined with my mom. GL to everyone!

Weighed in tonight this was my second weigh in since joining. This week I lost 5.2lbs! I am down a total of 7.6 in 2 weeks! Hopefully I can keep this up!

up 2.4 lbs this week ... not surprised though!! I went on vacation and ate everything and anything i wanted!! (i have been waiting to do this since starting WW 14 weeks ago  )

down 4.2lbs shocked i did not work out at all except for some walking ... happy but dont get it ... the weeks i work out i will sometimes only loose a pound or 2

I just rejoined yesterday. I was doing it on my own online after I had DS 2 and it wasn't going well. There are a bunch of people at work doing it so we're going together. That worked for me last time so fingers crossed it works again!
