I feel good health wise. Im just a big old worry wart though and Im a nervous wreck until Tues when I go back to the doc. Im hoping the babys heart beat has gone up, and Im nervous because my doc said my bloodwork came back good other than my progesterone was a lil low. She wants me to take suppositories I really hope I can get pills instead !! All I want to know if that my lil one will be alright

I have to take suppositories. I took it with my last DC too. And everything was fine. My trick was only did the suppostiories at night. And wear a thin liner during the day if you want. They really are not so bad. I have to take them until 11 weeks. That is what i did last time.
It will be ok!

still suffering from ms in my 10th week now.... i have a little bit more energy but the nausea is just bad. Also still have odor aversion which makes the nausea worse when it's humid out  hope everyone else is fairing better!!

Can you add me, too? DC2 due 3/14/12. Totally caught off guard and surprised with this pregnancy. But then again, I was surprised when I became preggo with DS. My DH & I never really were good with plans. Surprise!

The ms went into overdrive this week. I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow. It's the worst when I first wake up in the morning.

have you tried eating crackers in bed before you get up? I heard/read this works so I've been eating a few crackers when I first wake up, wait 15 min and then get up slowly.

That's a good idea! Thanks! I don't feel better in the morning until I eat something high carb. I used to eat Kashi and milk but now just looking at it makes me sick so I've been have a bagel with butter.
Has anyone not been to the dr yet? Our first appt is this Sat. I can't wait! We switched drs, I was going to South Bay ob/gyn but I can't stand them so we are going with the Stony Brook Midwives. I hope they are better, I've heard great things!

plain buttered bagels are heaven sent at this point!
I've been to the dr 3 times so far. 1ce for a bloodtest to confirm, then because I got a yeast infection and the last was for my 1st sono at 6 weeks!
I have my first OB appointment next week though.
this is a silly question but...is Stonybrook Midwives JUST midwives or do they also work with a dr?

What if I have a problem?
Midwives usually take of women who are healthy, but are trained to recognize any change from normal. They work in collaboration with a physician should problems develop. In our practice we are part of the Dept of Ob/Gyn and have good working relationship with the physicians who are available for consultation 24 hours a day. We are able to manage with the physician women who develop problems.

I did a FET and was just released from my REs office, so I'm joining this board now. Feeling pretty good so far, despite being exhausted and a little nauseous.

I feel BLAH! very nauseous. I have to make sure there is something in my stomach at all times. I still have that metallic taste in my mouth. I am eating mints like they are going outta style!
I am sure I will have this for a long time if it is anything like my last pregnancy.
I have already lost about 5 lbs.

10 weeks & 4 days, still no sickness i feel great, but i gained 5 lbs already
so far so good, went to doctor on tues and heard babys heart beat, 160bpm
have a great weekend all !!

First OB appt. today, everything looked great and on target (I measured 9 w 2 days). That puts my EDD at March 14, 2012. Can you update me? I had guessed March 12, so I wasn't too far off!

had my first visit today - everything looked great - they are keeping my EDD as 3/23/12 - got to see my little bean and hear the heartbeat.....the hardest part is not telling DD she is going to be a big sister (she asks all the time for a baby brother and sister) and trying to hide this for awhile longer at work - I am def showing sooner with my 2nd!!!
