Had my anatomy scan on tues...ELATED to report back that my son is going to have a little SISTER  I honestly still cannot believe it! We are beyond thrilled! 11-20 is her eta so we'll see!!

Hey ladies! I had to follow up from my 20 week sono since baby wouldn't let the tech see its heart! Well I went today and baby is now head down (was feet down 2 weeks ago!) and everything looks great. The tech switched over to 3D and it was so cool! I didn't have a 3D sono with DS. I got some good pics of the face! So excited!!

awesome! i'm going to schedule a 3d for 28w i think. How do you know if the baby is head down of not? maybe I'm just an idiot bit isn't the baby left to right in sono not top to bottom?

I couldn't tell the baby was head down! To me it always looks sideways like you said. But the sono tech and doctor can tell the position of the baby from the sono. When she first started I was like oh the baby is sideways and she is like no the baby is head down!

The tech told me was in the breech position and basically sitting on my cervix. I totally didn't notice this when she was doing the sono because it looked like he was laying (felt it though).

Yeah they will definitely move around. it doesn't mean anything to be head down, breech or anything like that at our stage. I'd be more concerned at 35weeks+ when there's less room FOR them to move. And you'll know they're flipping around anyway when you start feeling the rolling going across your belly vs. just kicks etc.

I was thinking the same thing! Either the baby's feet a down kicking your crotch or they're flipped upside down!! And since they always show the sonos in a horizontal way, it blows my mind that she/he is not just laying straight across my belly lol
Even though I'm staying team green, I've been getting a ton of (unwelcome) guesses from strangers. A man walked into my job today, took one look and said "It's a girl!"  Who knew this elderly man who I had never seen before and saw me at my desk had the answer to my baby's gender?! Unless he's some kind of psychic wizard or something, in which case, I'd be totally freaked!

That's the thing with team green, lots of guesses! Most of the time it's fun but sometimes people aren't very nice about it. Wen I was pregnant with DS a woman at work asked me to turn around. When I did she took one look at my butt and said "oh you're having girl!" I didn't even ask why!

We have picture proof this time, last time she just told us but didnt give us the crotch pic .. just happy that I had another sono, bc any gender is perfectly good with us, but I would have been pissed having all boy stuff for a baby girl. And thank you!

How are my November mamas doing this week? I feel like I can actually FEEL baby girl growing in my belly!! She is moving like crazy more and more everyday. Yes it is an amazing feeling but sometimes it hurts!! haha

doing well. my LO is also rolling around more and more and everyone keeps telling me im growing more and more each day (thanks people lol)

I've been on bed rest for the past 6 days due to my cervix shortening  The only good thing is that I've had plenty of time to research stuff for our registry - it's almost all done!!
I still don't really feel the babies moving around yet but I see them each time I go to get my cervix checked....they're very active!
We also found out that we are having 2 little boys!!
