Hi girls!

Just got back from our 2 week trip to Cali. I know a few of you have trips coming up and are nervous about traveling, as I was. I have to say I really was anxious for no reason! The flight was great and everything went super smoothly, no issues at all. We had such a great time, and I hope you ladies going away soon can relax and enjoy your vacations as much as we did!

We had our anatomy scan the day after we got back. We decided to stay Team Green, as tempted as we were to find out! Congrats to all of you who have found out recently! So exciting!

I did get in a little trouble for gaining too much weight since my last visit - 7 lbs! But, I guess that is to be expected after eating out everyday for two weeks. Hopefully now that I'm home I can slow that down a bit.

We started our registry the other day. It is still a work in progress, but it feels good to be getting stuff done!

wanted to check in and see how everyone's doing!

We had the anatomy scan earlier today and found out that, in addition to doing well, LO is a boy!

Although we were told at the NT Scan, it feels so much more real now! Scary! (but good)

So is anyone still interested in a g2g sometime?

so after a huge scare i can officially say it's a

i was supposed to my anantomy scan next week but got a call from my ob yesterday that my apf was elevated so they said my baby could be at risk for spina bifida and need to come in for a sono right away...i was a mess yesterday but we went for a scan today and all my were answered...my baby girl is as healthy as can be..they said it could have been a false positive or i could have a small leak in my placenta which could lead to pre term labor..but nothing to worry about now and they will monitor me more closely so i will get to have an indepth sono every 4 weeks this pregnancy has definitly aged me so far...lol

i havent posted because ive been dealing with the emotions of what the sono brought. the twins share one placenta (how this wasnt discovered sooner is beyond me!!) but im going to see a high risk doctor tomm for another sono where he will make further decisions. i might have to be on bed rest and hopefully both girls will feed off the placenta and blood flow will be ok to both girls. (those are the risks)

but add to my name and please keep me and my girls in your thoughts and prayers... THANKS

I went for my anatomy scan last week which went well. I have to go back this week again because they weren't able to get a good view of the heart but everything turned out good. So now I can officially say you can add us to team
We started registering this weekend and all I can say is that it was so overwhelming. We definitely have to go back to finish up everything.
Would love a gtg but I'm not available on 6/23. Any other weekend should be fine.

wow so many congrats to everyone that has confirmed healthy babies and their sex. so exciting! i am officially done with my registry, saw big ticket items in the store after i did my research and completed the registry online.

All is well with me, had my 20 week and baby kept it's legs closed! All is well and s/he seems to be partying it up in my belly lately!

Has anyone else started to notice your belly seeming to get bigger each day. I really feel like i wake up each morning and it's bigger than it was when I went to sleep! It's fun to finally feel like I look pregnant after a few months of just looking like I gained a few.

And I just had my first encounter with a stranger who could tell I'm definitely pregnant and not just fat DH and I bought a bathroom sink at Lowes and I asked the cashier if someone would come out and help us if we couldn't get it in the car ourselves. She was like 'YOU shouldn't try to lift that!' and motioned towards my belly. So I guess I finally officially look pregnant!

Anyone else starting to get comments from strangers about your belly?

Congrats everyone who had great anatomy scans recently! We're really moving forward on these pregnancies!!!

I'm 21 weeks tomorrow and we're flying up to NY for a long weekend to visit family, take DD to her first Mets game, and basically have our last big trip before #2 arrives (we'll probably do a week at the beach later this summer, but that's a close drive, not a plane ride). I'm super excited but a little in shock at the sheer amount of stuff you need with you when you travel with a baby! I hope the airport part goes well! We leave at 6 am! Have a great weekend everyone!
