I'm unfortunately going to have to take off Weds or Thurs so I need to think of an excuse.
No cipro or anything. I believe tonight will be day 11 so I guess he was right aiming for 12 days of low dose stims. Still on same dose and all. Looking forward to triggering these babies! I feel so full and Dr. Wang thinks I have more follies in there hidden lol
It's been a complete different experience than with RS. They really accommodate your schedule. I know Dr. T would have triggered me earlier to put me on my off days if he could but he, Dr. Wong and my nurse said not yet, no rushing. I don't want the horrible outcome of last cycle which gave me 10 eggs but triggered me too early so only 4 were mature and only 1 fertilized. I'm really trusting them here with my follies and hopefully it will be done right this time! With that cycle my largest was 19.
I think your follies are definitely a good size but need a little more time so they are definitely doing the right thing by not pushing it. I know its very annoying for your work schedule. I totally get it. I was supposed to have my intralipids on Monday so I wasted time and wrote sub plans and left them on my desk before I left on Friday. Then Dr. T pushed my intralipids a few days. So now IDK what days I really need off and I will also have to try to find a sub with little notice. Its crazy but will all be worth it if it works.
I think this cycle is going WAY better than your last IVF. You need lots of mature ones. Dr. Ts goal for me is 15 mature...I had 14 last time but only 9 fertilized and no baby from any of those.
Even after you trigger they will grow a little bigger. My previous IVF they thought I would get 10-12 mature and I got 14 mature so you definitely may have more hiding in there.
Did you go to acupuncture today? I went this morning and will go back one more time before trigger.

I am so freaking excited for you! You are staying so positive with all that you have been through. I'll be so happy when you post your BFP!
I am hoping you are right! I never had such a good response so I'll take what I can get. I had to cancel on Andy bc they needed me for monitoring and on weekends, they are there from 9-12 only. I have my DS after my DH goes to work at 1 so I couldn't make it. I'm aiming for after retrieval. I really want to make sure my lining is good. I think it is 11 right now and it should be plumper!

WOW 11 is great!!! Mine was 6 after 4 days of stimming but he said theres plenty of time for it to get thicker. I never had any issue with lining so I'm hoping that continues with this cycle. I'm hoping everything looks good tomorrow and a few more pop up.
I hope tomorrow you have a few more in the mix and its trigger time! So are you not doing the freeze all? Fresh transfer? I thought the plan was to freeze them and then do Lupron or something?

He said it is up to us and depends on how many embryos we get to day 5. If we get a bunch, I will do a fresh and freeze the others but if it's only one or two, I'm going to suppress. I'm going to discuss it with him tomorrow at my monitoring appt!

Got it. Makes sense. Hopefully you get a bunch. I'm hoping for 2 to transfer and at least 2 to freeze. More would be even better. But really I just want good quality. I always have Bs or grade 2s, I need As or grade 1s. I'm hoping the HGH improves quality.
