He's gonna flip when he sees that bill....  It costs around $150 in Vegas to do what I did....
See, and he had to know you would come out clean! That is what he gets for doing something with the sole purpose to harass you!!! Do you know his results yet? Also, I just started following your situation. What is the deal with Vegas? Did you want the case to go to court there? Did you live there, or do you now? I just want to understand.

I lived there...
Kristina was born there.
He is trying to have her visit with him for months on end there, and I can't trust him with her PERIOD.
The court battle started here in NY, and I got an order of protection which is good til next year - he agreed to it uncontested.
Then he went to court there and I had to retain counsel in NV as well... He is being an A$$HOLE to put it mildly.... He gave away all of her stuff to his new girlfriend b/c she has 2 kids yet he wants her to come stay with him... Where do you think you are going to let her sleep if you gave away her crib MORON! 
I also found out that he is back to smoking pot, taking pills and drinking on a daily basis, and I even found out that he was witnessed snorting coke once IN THE HOUSE THAT HE WANTS MY DD TO SLEEP IN!!!!  
I'll be d@mned.
Even his OWN SISTER agrees that my DD is NEVER to go back to Vegas... that if he wants to see/visit with her he can do it through EAC supervised visitation.

Um, if there is any question about drug use then no way should she ever go there unsupervised. I say this and yet I can be very liberal and forgiving. There are just some things you do not chance with a child and I do not think that a court will expect you to take the chance. Let's hope! I FMed you.

I just saw this post and yay! Serves him right!
I believe in karma in a way, and maybe this is just the first of many ways that he'll get what he deserves for everything that he put you through!!!!!!!! It doesn't make it all better but it helps!!!
When do you find out the results of his test?

Thanks Melissa! I don't know if he took it yet.... Like I said originally - he had 45 minutes to take it, and as per my attorney, HE WAS FIGHTING W/HIS ATTORNEY B/C HE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE THE TEST!
There is a follow up court date in 2 weeks.... So, I'll know the outcome then!
