Oil Service Contract
Does anyone know of a company that I can just get a service contract (cleaning, maitenance, etc) and not have ot get an oil delivery from that same company. I would like to do COD for oil, but still need a service contract from someone.

Technical Heating Co. in Mount Sinai- 631-473-1597. you can also try Frank Savin in Medford-631-205-0178. just a warning with Savin, his wife answers the phones and she is really rough around the edges. sometimes not a pleasant person to talk with. however, he does good work.

Does anyone have a good company for Nassau?
Slomins is getting fired this year so I will need to start looking for companies to service my boiler so I can do COD.
