Well, how did you do it at bedtime? Did you go into him periodically? If you did, then do that in the middle of the night, if you didn't go in at bedtime, then don't go in the middle of the night, either. Consistency is important.

Well, I first went in after 10 min., then 20 min, and then he was asleep at 28 min.
I guess I can first go in right away unless you think I shouldn't, and then wait the 10 min., etc.
Thanks!

If you started with 10 minutes at bedtime, then start with 10 minutes in the middle of the night. HTH

i agree.....and when DC is good with sleeping thru the nite, and has been for a while, and u find suddenly we wakes up for some reason- i wait just a couple minutes to make sure it isnt one of those times she wails during her dreams (weird, but its known to happen- like she cries!)....then i go right it...pick her up, press her mobile, rock with her for maybe 5 min while the mibile is still on (by mobile i mean that thing that makes the lullabies and nature sounds that is on the side of her crib).....and dont work, they dont relapse and think its time for waking in the nite- sometimes they need ya, ya know? once is a while DD does this and thats what i do- then just lay her back down and tell her its still nite nite time and ill see her in the morning.......
