OK dont laugh.. MY wrist hurts..
is this a pregnancy thing. It has hurt on and off the last few weeks and today wowzer feels like i broke it if i try to my thumb. I havent fallen or anything like that i have been home on pretty much bed rest. I know i have read about carpal tunnel in pregnancy... is this really true has anyone expierenced this before?

it's carpal tunnel, it can feel worse during pregnancy. Totally normal, just drink more water.

it could definitely be Carpal Tunnel - i know MrsRbk experienced this BIG TIME. She used to wear a brace to bed (that's how bad i recall it being for her) - they sell them in stores...maybe try getting one of those...

I have been reading up on carpal tunnel because I think my DH has it. One thing I read is that it can be exacerbated during pregnancy. My Dh wears a brace to bed and also sometimes at work if he is doing something repetitive (which happens alot in construction). Feel better!

I wore braces on and off when I slept before being pregnant for Carpal Tunnel.
Since pg, I've had a few episodes that have been just horrendous and most nights on the five times I get up to pee, I can't even feel my right hand.
Usually my right hand is numb but my left wrist is painful.
Super fun!

Carpal Tunnel is really common during pregnancy. Those wrist braces can really help sometimes.
