ok, dumb concussion ?
forgive typos, only 1 hand as i'm icing her head at same time
sarah hit her head HARD on our dr table. she can see right # of fingers & knows her full name. do i need to worry about concussion? if yes, what do i do?

I think you check to make sure their eyes are dialating the same....

I hope she's okay! You want to check for lethargy and dilated pupils. Nausea is also a sign of a concussion, mild or severe.

As long as she did not throw up or lose consciousness, then she is fine. Just keep an eye on her, keep ice on it (for as long as she will let you), and check on her a few times tonight to make sure she is easily aroused when you try to wake her.
