ok fitness experts...
Once you are ready to maintain.. how often do you really need to work out?? I know it's unreasonable to work out 7 days a week, but I feel guilty if I don't. So, what is realistic that I can hold myself to?
Currently, I plan to go every single day, but if there is something that comes up, where I can't go.. I try not to sweat it (no pun intended) since I have gone every other day, etc. I just hate feeling guilty for not going.

I go 5 days a week. 4 days 1 hour of cardio (running/spinning) and 2 of those days upper body weight training and 2 days lower body. 5th day a long run of 9 or 10 miles. I pretty much maintain with this schedule...it's crazy but I can't seem to get the scale to budge and I eat really balanced and healthy.
