and i am sorry but i kind of chuckled a little reading that your RE told you DH to calm down  that is so sweet that he was worried! i am so, so glad to hear your wonderful update!!
lol i knew he was looking at the cyst cause i could feel the wand go to that side but DH had no clue. He made me giggle too.
I feel so incredibly relieved. i'm just glad this crappy morning sickness is for a good cause
