ok.. i am switching OB's AGAIN... suggestions please!!!
i know there is a OB thread... but i want to get suggestions here.. 
i am currently seeing an RE.. which i LOVE..
but i am going to switch my regular OB because he is just too far.. he is an 1 away  and i need to get a annual done next month..
sooooo... i need someone in Nassau!

I see Dr. Egre in Massapequa. It's a sub-office there. His main offices are in West Islip and Commack, but I find the Massapequa office is just fine. He said I'll just have to go to the other offices for sonos.

I go to Dr. Peyman Zandieh in Bethpage. I see one of the nurse practioners, Karen, alot and I LOVE her! I followed her from Dr. Bravermans old office. So far I am very happy with this office

I left a message and then called back to make an appt and I got an appt for March 9th. I am going to call before I leave for vaca just to see if they have any cancellations so I can go sooner. I love Dr Hanuaer though; she was so kind and down to earth.

My OB is in suffolk, so Im no help.
Did you try asking your RE for a suggestion ? If you like him, his suggestion might be good.
Then your OB and RE know each other, which might come in handy.

OP - it's Victor Klein and Michael Nimaroff. They're located at 825 Northern Blvd in Great Neck. Klein is one of the foremost OBs and Nimaroff is the chief of Gynecology at North Shore.
Another option I'd recommend is their former office - Anita Sadaty, Terry Rifkin and Glenn Kaufman at 900 Northern (Great Neck OBGYN). Klein and Nimaroff just left their recently; this was my full practice when I was pregnant with DS.

I found that making appointments with Hanauer is much harder when you are not pregnant. I never had an issues when I was pregnant with my son.
I also always made appts. before I left the office to guarantee they would have availability!

I LOVE Dr. Taubman, and I also Love Dr. Korn in the practice too! They are just so wonderful and I had multiple m/c, and they really handled my care so wonderfully! They also have a great Peri in their practice and you do all the sonos in their office, which is great!

On Dr. Braverman rec I am now seeing Dr. Melissa Glasser. I wanted to deliver at South Nassau in Oceanside and he said she was good. She is young and totally likeable. So far I have had no issues getting appts and the wait time has not been bad. She has offices in Bellmore (where they do sonos and reg appts) and she has an office in Cedarhurst. Let me know if you wnat the contact info.

oh definitely. i just started going to her, but I did say that nex ttime I go, I will make my appts while Im there for next time so I dont have to wait months. It is the best thing to do... Hopefully by next time I go, Ill be pregnant.

No matter who you choose, make sure your check out their info on nydoctorprofile.com
Search for a physician and put in the dr's name. It will tell you his/her education, any law suits in the last 10 years, insurance accepted, etc.
I use it before seeing a new dr  and I think it's a great idea!

My Dr. is in Rockville Centre and her name is Dr. Oh. She is in a group practice but she is great. She really puts you at ease when you talk with her.
