I DONT KNOW EITHER! I went to help my Sister register ( shes having a girl) tonight and I was like OMG, OMG OMG every two seconds over the clothes!!

I don't. It's actually sick how many clothes are stored away from my DD. I'm barely doing any better for DS. I officially have my CC number memorized.

DD could go over a month without me washing any clothes  and thats just what fits her right now...she still has tons of clothes that too big!

I luckily have a mother who LOVES to shop for her only grandchild (well soon she will have two little girls to shop for) so she buys a lot of cute stuff - which helps me control what I buy. But still it takes a lot of will power.

it is tough! but, when i get the itch to buy her things i go through her closet. she has so many things in larger sizes that I've forgotten about half of them! it's like a rediscovery party that usually calms me down! i don't know what i will do when my little bald girl can wear bows!!!!

CAn I just tell you that as the mom of a girl, I got more gifts from peoeple I never met. Teachers my MIL works with, friends of friends of friends, etc.
Just b/c people love shopping for girls clothes, and I'm not complaining about it in the least.

I am a shopaholic when it comes to DD...I shop sales and clearance racks, but I can't resist a good bargain....her wardrobe is SO much nicer than mine!!

Oh, I have no control. It's like I feel my DD must have the best clothes, toys, etc. I am trying to curtail my shopping and so far it is a struggle. Poor DH.
