its about losing her husband and shes talking to his grave stone. OMG i burst into tears everytime at the thought!!!! 
the words are so sweet...it really makes you appreciate what you have.
I just looked up the lyrics .  
Mine are:

Where oh where could my baby be, Pearl Jam. It reminds me of an aunt (a close family friend, actually) who died in a car accident.

I heard that song for the first time on the way to my grandpa's wake and it just made me start crying.

Does those songs hold special meaning to you for some reason??
This song doesn't make me teary eyed just sad. The song by Stone Temple Pilots, called "PLUSH". Good meaning behind this song.
