ok, one more baking question.. because I have no idea what I'm doing.
I want to make this for my niece's b-day (sorry, I don't have a recipe, only pic) I guess I'd use vanilla or buttercreme frosting & then do I use food coloring to make it blue?
Also, I'm adding the raspberry on top as in the pic, but do you think this cupcake needs a pudding filling? I thought it might be more fun for a child if it had chocolate pudding filling? Image Attachment(s):

Yes to the coloring just add a tiny bit at a time. I think pudding would be a really fun idea for kids or I would be a oreo or pb cup at the bottom. I used the magnolia buttercream recipe some people posted on this site. It was delicious!

Do you put the oreo or pb cup at the bottom then bake it?
