Ok so my 1st question Is it normal to have no appetite at the begining???
i have lost 8lbs in a week
the thought of food makes me feel sick. i just tryed to eat my oatmeal so i could take my vitamins and i almost threw up. i definatly didnt have this problem with my son all i did was eat
im just nervous that im not getting enough nutrition through the day. will this pass? does this sound about right ??

don't worry!! i have no appetite either, although at 9 1/2 weeks it's starting to come back.
your baby will take all the nutrients it needs from you, so eat whatever you are in the mood for, no matter what - you can worry about eating healthier later when you feel better

Perfectly normal. I lost 15ibs in my first trimester.
You will slowly get your appetite back.

I think it is normal. As we speak, I am trying to force a bowl of cereal down & I am gagging at every spoonful. I feel hungry, but the thought of eating anything is just
