it loosens up not only the mucus in your throat, but also your CM. it thins it out so that sperm have easier access.

im trying it this month for the first time after googling guaifenesin which is the active ingredient in robitussin and mucinex. but make sure you buy the tussin or mucinex that ONLY has guaifenesin and no other ingredients. ive been reading and it says the maximum per dosage to take is 200mg.
