Okay, I'm hosting mother's day brunch and I need some menu help please

Including DH and I, it will be 12 people in our apt Chat Icon

My MIL is bringing bagels and cream cheese
My mom is bringing and edible arrangement of fruit

I am planning on making:

2 quiche, one with ham and one with spinach and mushrooms
mini donuts (MIL gave me this donut making machine for xmas this year and I want to try it out)
bacon

Do you think I need anything else? I could make waffles, but I would love a dish that I could make the day before to make it easier on myself. Everything else I am making is best made on the day of the party.

Oh and mimosas of course!

Maybe home fries/hash browns. Also sounds like mostly breakfast (which is great) but if you want more of a brunch feel maybe tuna/chicken salad, cold cuts/cheese platter?

It sounds great but I would add one or two items that are more lunch oriented.

Hmmm, interesting thought. My brunches are always breakfast foods, LOL! I am calling it for 11am.

i second monkey bread! hash browns are really easy if you buy the patties, and just pop them in the oven.
