Okay insert vomit and another question on bathrooms

Hired inspectors (i have to have two, lead and engineer) for Tuesday and Wens nights, lawyer is hired and my stomach is in knots. My husband is so freaked out he stayed home because he can't stop vomiting. He is terrified as well as i am even though this is what we want.

Didn't think i would be the one to freak out since I didn't freak out over getting married but this i'm freaking out over.

Anyway the second floor does not have a bathroom, down the road but not too far down I wanted to put one in. We would have to bump out a bit to get it in there but that is the only bump out we would do - anyone know a rough estimated cost? We would be in the town of babylon.

You need an extension to add it? To run plumbing to another floor that doesn't have it, I would rough guess maybe $15-20,000 (if not more to bump out an extension to fit it), because we are gutting a bath and not moving plumbing and getting estimates in the $8,000 range.

cool that is exactly what i had figured. I just need a goal to put this in mind when putting home remodeling projects in our budget so we know what to save per month for that.

I really have no idea thoughChat Icon just basing it on ours that doesn't include an extension or moving plumbing!

i'm figuring 30-35K if they just do the extension, plumbing and electric we will install the rest ourselves including supplies for us to do it.
