In the breasts??? I get this A LOT in both. I am guessing it is from them growing out cause DH is always commenting on my "knockers" getting bigger. The sensitivity is still there but I am noticing a lot more of the shooting pains.

As long as they are in your breasts and not chest, it is most likely growing pains. I grew two cup sizes this PG and it was painful at times.

Yep, I was initially scared about a heart issue but they seem to be designated to the breasts and on both sides and yes can be a little painful at times!!

I think it has something to do with higher levels of estrogen during pregnancy. I know when women go on birth controls pills that contain higher doses of estrogen (common for women with PCOS to go on a pill with higher than normal estrogen), a side effect is painful breasts. I had the same experience when I went on a high estrogen bcp: sharp shooting pains that came out of nowhere.
It's always good to mention this to your OB on your next visit.
