Okay, this is driving me INSANE
Someone left their phone charging at their desk and someone is calling INCESSANTLY and the ringtone is some very weird Christmas jingle. I feel like piercing my ears with a paperclip.

At one of my jobs someone would AIM all day long and finally an email went out to everyone "Please. For the love of God. TURN OFF THE VOLUME ON YOUR COMPUTER."

Me too!!
Same here. The guy in the cube next to me, always leaves his phone on his desk when he goes to 4 or 5 hour long meetings. He keeps the volume turned all the way up and his ring tone is Crazy Train. And while I love Ozzy as much as the next person, it's enough to put me on the Crazy Train myself. I've asked him nicely over and over to please either take his phone with him, or put it on vibrate.
