old gameshows
so tv really sucks big time so i've been putting on the old game show channel (like very old, "To tell the truth", "What's my line?", something called "Double Dare" with Alex Trebek). I never watched these shows before and find myself glued to them and cracking up. It's practically a time machine.
Its very entertaining to me to watch the interactions and expressions, the clothes, hairstyles, even the commercials (Anacin was big and apparently cures everything!). Early Alex Trebek was still an arrogant f%% and actually called a PhD a "pretty girl". I'm sure he wishes that tape got erased!!

Ever since I found that channel Buzzr I am obsessed. The best is when they say at the end of the shows...departing contestants receive.....
And then show all the old products. Amazing.

He was a real perv- and back then, it was just acceptable.

We watch every night. It's one of the only channels we all agree on lol. I always say to my DH what do the husbands think with all these wives making out with Richard. So crazy how things were more "free" then.
Between Richard making out and the match game talking sex all the time I feel like I'm watching an R rated movie lol.

Yes to every single one of these!
I had a Double Dare birthday party one year. I was young so don't remember it exactly but it was at some place and we did some of the "physical challenges" from the show.
I wanted to be on Guts soooo badly. I would have destroyed the Aggro Crag!
