BRU is annoying. Try Buy Buy Baby if there is one near you--much less overwhelming and the sales help are often helpful (or more so than BRU).

The only upside to being a parent and shopping in BRU... I've spent so much time there in the last 6 months that I know where everything is located in the 2 BRUs in Brooklyn (Erskine and Ceasar's Bay) AND the one in Staten Island.
Not that this is helpful when the things I need are out of stock, but at least I don't wander around aimlessly like I used to.

I actually like both stores, and now that I'm a little bit of a seasoned parent, it is so much easier to navigate those stores. I remember when I went to register...I almost got sick...I completed my registry online.

I HATE BRU!! When I was preggo I LOVED going there during the week to just look and add to my registry but I made the fatal mistake of going there on a weekend....complete Insanity.
Not to mention I tried to buy a crib there and after 3 unsuccessful attempts and getting nothing but a broken crib EVERY time I screamed at the manager and stormed out.
there is nothing there that I can't get at wal-mart/target for less.
