OMG I JUST MET HUGH JACKMAN!!!!!**UPDATED AT TOP WITH PIC**

Sombody did take a picture of us!!!! It didn't come out the greatest, but it's better than nothing!!!!
I'm still shaking like a leaf!!!!
I just took my DH to have eye surgery by one of the doctors he works for. After his surgery in comes Hugh Jackman and his wife - she was having surgery right after DH!!!
The doctor introduced us all -- he was sooooooo nice, so handsome, and so gracious. I shook hands with him, talked to him -- I'm just completely in shock. It was my first real celebrity encounter. Just wish I got a picture with him but I didn't comfortable asking -- it didn't feel appropriate.
He is so down to earth. I was expecting a limo and entourage to come with him -- but no -- they were by themselves and drove up in their own car.
Oh my heart is still palpitating.

that is so awesome! I am sure he appreciated you not doing the pic autograph thing! I saw tori amos once and she smiled so sweetly to me, I fought the urge to do it because I am sure the last thing she would of wanted was to be harrassed while having dinner with her dd.

My 9 year old son was with us because he was home sick with strep yesterday so I kept him home today too. Hugh asked him if he would like to take a picture with him and my son said "no thank you" (I wanted to hit him lol)!!! He was so scared and shy!!! But I didn't feel right jumping in there and saying "uh, Hugh, he won't but I will!" And then he was taking pictures with the doctor - so I didn't want to jump in there KWIM?!
