OMG! Please tell me we're not all going to get food poisoning!!!
I roasted a chicken tonight for dinner. The little thingamabob popped up after cooking for 20 minutes a pound, so all was good. I carved half the chicken... DS ate the leg from that side, the girls and I had the breast. After we were done eating, I carved the other side to put away, and I noticed it was REALLY pink... like REALLY pink 
Are we all going to get salmonella?!?! I made the mistake of googling "eating pink chicken" and horrible things came up. Of course I'm now feeling all sick to my stomach and trying to convince myself it's all in my head

I would think if the pieces you ate were cooked you should be ok...you would have noticed if it were raw

You will know within 12 hours if you get it...But I think you will be ok. Chicken is really chewy when not cooked fully. I bit into a piece of half cooked chicken when I was pregnant with DS. I knew right away. We were fine...I was worried too..
