OMG THIS WEIGHT!!!
Is not comming off!! I'm at a complete standstill I swear I'm lossing my mind I thought for sure I wouldhave been back in my size 6 anyway I'm BF is it safe to do weight watchers or can someone please recmd a diet for me!!!!TIA..Oh DS is 10 weeks!

WW is totally safe. It will come off. You are only 10 weeks pp, you have to give it a little more time.

I am almost 12wks PP and not thrilled with my body at all. Bad time for bathing suits! Anyway, yes, you can do WW - I believe you are allotted more pts if you are BF. I applaud your discipline - I'm still not ready to be too aggressive with it. The best I can do right now is daily walks with my fit flops but that's been difficult with this weather!

Tell them that you are nursing when you are on WW, they add extra points for more nutrition for the baby. Believe me, it will come off in time.

I have cut back on portions and snacks and my milk production is fine. I guess I was eatting more than enough.

As someone told me, why would we expect to lose 9 months of weight in such a short time? Give yourself time, you just had the baby less than 3 months ago, your body is still recuperating from carrying another human for 9 months.

WW is the way to go!!!! anyone can do it!
I lost all my baby weight with DS and am working on the weight with DD.. I am already down 9 lbs and only been doing it for 3 weeks.

It took me almost 8 months to get MOST of the weight off, I did WW too. But even then, I was at a standstill. I ended up doing this detox program that cleanses your liver and in the process I lost all the weight and MORE! I am thinner now than I was when I got married!
It will come off...just give it time!
