Your labias WILL go back down to normal.. but I will be honest that although mine were not as big as twinkies and did not slam on the toilet, they were swollen.. They looked as though they had been slapped around a bit lol

Very funny! I did not poop (DH told me, I never would have known), but I did fart loudly and frequently right before and during the delivery. I apologized to my doctor (she was in the line of fire) and she insisted it's normal.
My labia did not slam the toilet, but they were big. And I wound up with hemorhoids that felt like they were the size of twinkies.
Honestly though, when you're there, you won't care about this stuff anymore. There is no modesty in L & D.
