I dunno, maybe it is just me, but I still feel like you are so early to make that decision.
Because of IF treatmenr with my first I knew exactly when I ovulated and they put back the embryos so when I went at 6w there wasnt a HB and then at 7 there was.
Will they do another sono before the D & C?

Yes, they said as a precaution they will do another sono. But I am trying to hold off on the D&C. I want to see if I will miscarry naturally first.

firstly, I am so sorry to hear that your update isn't good. It's a very tough thing to deal with and I hope you're able to pass it easily on your own
Secondly, i am also sorry for the rude doctor being so blunt and unsympathetic to you. That is just ridiculous. I've experienced a bit of that myself.

I am so so sorry. I would very strongly suggest that you have another sono done in another week before having a D&C done. Is there any possibility that you could be off on how far along you are? At this very early stage, even a few days can make quite a bit of difference.
At my first sono, I was around 6wks and they weren't able to find a heartbeat. I am now 12w5d. I for a miracle for you!
