Once traveling is a thing again.....................
.......................where is your dream destination to plan a trip to?
For me, I have never been out of the country and I am DYING to go to Italy. I want to see so many places there but the top of my list is the Emilia-Romagna region, in particular the cities of Bologna, Parma and Modena. I want to spend my days relaxing, drinking wine, eating and eating and eating and if I am lucky enough, take a cooking class from some adorable little Nonna. I am 100% Italian so getting to finally see the country where my whole family is from would be the dream of a lifetime.
How about you guys?

I really want to get to Hawaii. I also would like to go to Italy and Ireland as well.

Not sure about Italy but many things are opening up to travel and have been open. Still have our cruise planned but all up in the air.
Honestly don’t know what we will do if we can’t go as everything else is more expense and I consider a vacation to be relaxing and not the everyday cooking and cleaning and running around with constant plans. I have been spoiled like that and have done vacations like Disney that I needed a vacation after lol.

I miss Disney but I agree, it's an EXHAUSTING vacation. Part of the reason I like northern Italy, aside from the FOOOOOOD, is it's a little less touristy, little more relaxing. I desperately want something relaxing.

We'll be going to Disney next March. We had planned to go this October but pushed it.
We were hoping to go to Jamaica for DH's 40 this September, but I think we'll wait til next year.

Once traveling is a thing again.....................
Greece, Ireland, Croatia and Italy - particularly want to go to the Amalfi Coast and Tuscany areas of Italy. I'm thinking my first "big" trip - hopefully before the end of this year, will be Ireland

I’d love to go to Iceland to see the northern lights. We were supposed to go 5 years ago but I got pregnant with DD and was so sick we had to cancel.

I love Disney at the holidays!! We were last there December 2018 and stayed at Wilderness Lodge which is stunning and so cozy at the holidays. Have a great trip!

I won’t do Disney again. I miss the days where you came and went. Now everything is on a time table. Rush to get here and there all week long.

Our kids first trip was when my DS was 1.5 yrs old and my DD was 6. They had an amazing time, I think any age is a good age.

Thank you! We are SO excited. My almost 5 yr old DD likes to ask Alexa to play the Italian national anthem and then she marches around the house singing it and waving the Italian flag. 
DH and I speak pretty fluent Italian, but we are having the kids take Italian lessons throughout next school year. Honestly, it is my dream to teach at the American School of Milan. I have my TESOL certification, so I could apply. I told my DH not to be surprised if after the trip I try to convince him to move our whole family there for a year, just for the experience lol.
We have done a lot of research. If you ever need help planning a trip, let me know!

We were supposed to go to Disneyland the first week of April 2020.
DD was 4 at the time. We keep saying we need to go but the truth is it sounds awful. It’s not really a “thing” where we live (at least it doesn’t seem to be) so I’m hoping it falls off her radar. I know, mom of the year over here.

That would be an incredible experience!!!! If you can, definitely do it!!! I absolutely will ask you questions when we start planning. I have no idea where to begin, I just know where I want to go! lol
