Dear Fellow Gym Members:

Please do not wear perfume, heavily scented lotions, or body sprays when going to the gym.

Thank you,

Running and breathing in perfumes just don't mix.

Chat Icon Agreed. These particular women also tend to wear jewelry, their finest track suit and hair left down.

hahaha not THAT bad...

LA Fitness... It has a good balance of people who look like their going to a club, and people who are truly there to work out.

There was a woman at my old gym who would wear those old school leatards outfits.. you know the kind that was a thong in the back.. with a set of tights under in bright neon color with her 80s hair totally done.. with tons of make up on.. and would just walk around the gym with her waterbottle and towel.

Update:

I finally asked the front desk at my gym to remind members to not wear perfume and I was told that they can't tell members what they can and can't wear. Oh, well. It was worth a shot.
