OPK and timing
So, I know you are suppose to use your OPK at the same time every day BUT can the times vary by month? Meaning, if last month I used my OPK at 2pm during my fertile time is it ok that the following month I change the time to 6pm? I know the times must remain consistent during the month but does it mean you have to temp at the same time every month?
