Optimum Triple Play Customers
Just an FYI but be sure to check your bill each month....for the 5 months we've been here w/ this service, our bill has been wrong 4 out of 5x. We've had to call monthly for them to fix the errors....they have been charging us $29.95 for a partial month fee(?????) & when we transferred our line over from Verizon, they gave us a temporary number & for 2 months they were charging us as if we had 2 phone numbers & this month they charged us for 2 numbers (AFTER the problem has been corrected supposedly) & a partial month fee...its ridiculous.....DH called irate & asked if he had to go to Bethpage to speak w/ Mr. Dolan when he lands his helicopter.
They are like, Sir, I don't think that is necessary
