Optimum WiFi and IPad etc.
Optimum WiFi users how good is the coverage around the island?
I want to drop the data plan on my phone and hope to use just Optimum WiFi on my tablet instead.

Wi-fi can't be used while moving, so you can't use it if you're in a car. As long as you just want to go on-line once in a while, or download things at certain times, it's OK, but you definitely can't rely on it.
