Very pricey. I don't think its worth it. The theory behind it is great but Its. A strange set up.

I like the work out a lot - it is a circuit - split up into running, rowing and weights. You rotate to each section throughout the class.
Its very expensive - I've seen drop in rates that are between 25 and 35 depending on the studio.
If you buy a package the per class rate is lower.

My husband and my neighbor love it. I haven't tried it because I hate circuit training but everyone I know who has gone has been happy with it. It's expensive but in line with the other smaller, specialty gyms where I live (ct).

I'm a member in massapequa park and I love it! It is the most amazing workout I have ever done every day is a different workout so you never do the same workout twice. The trainers are amazing and music is awesome. I love being able to see my heart rate. I pay 139 a month for unlimited classes but if you get in when they have founders rates it can be cheaper. If you only want 2 classes a week it's 89'a month.
