OTC vs. prescription prenatals...... ALSO.. a question about Rainbow Light
I'm wondering if there is a huge health benefit to taking the prescription prenatals....... I know it has MORE iron and folic acid, but is it really necessary?
Also, has anyone had problems with Rainbow Light? I'm taking Citrantal Assure and it's doing a number on my stomach. I am like the queen of #2s lately I bought Rainbow Light and going to use it, pending good reviews
TIA!!
ETA: Also, if your prenatal DOES NOT have DHA, are you taking a DHA supplement NOW or waiting till you get pregnant?

From doing research on here... I read Rainbow Lite from Target are easy on your stomach and a lot of girls seemed to like them
Im just taking the One A Day and extra supplement of folic acid. If and when I am lucky enough to get pregnant, I will switch to Rainbow Lite

Thank you!! I called my dr while at work and got the "ok" to take it... I am VERY convinced my other prenatal was effecting my stomach. (at first I thought it was in my head but it's everyday now for almost 2 weeks...)
