Rainbow light prenatals

Hi! just a few quick questions for anyone taking the rainbow light prenatals.....

How big is the pill? and if you take the DHA250 one, how big is that? Do they hurt your stomach? What time of the day do you take them? with or without food?

TIA for any help!! sorry about all the questions. I am coming off my last nuvaring on Sunday, and the Dr. said to start a prenatal now even though DH and I aren't going to TTC for a few months. He gave me a prescription for Primacare 1 but also said that any prenatal is okay as long as it has 1mg of folic acid, and DHA in it. I was looking at rainbow light because they seem to have a LOT more "regular" vitimans then the Primacare 1's do.
