Ouchy forgot about that menopur burn & gonal f q
yowza. I was not expecting that. I don't remember it burning like that. May be b/c I had it in the fridge? Does the gonal f burn?

lol- my menopur didn't burn at all last night when I did it. Tonight DH did it and OUCH!! Only for like a min though (not even)  I don't recall gonal-f ever burning!  GL!!!

I am on night 8 of menopur and it has burned EVERY night. I dread doing it. It takes me much longer to inject the menopur because I have to go a lot slower to tolerate the burning sensation. I did gonal- f too and NEVER experienced any burning.

As Lisa has said a few times. Mix the solution and let it sit for 10 minutes, make sure the tip of the needle is dry and make sure the alcohol area on your body is dry. These are the things that usually create the burning sensation.
Oh and BTW, you do NOT have to store Menopur in the fridge.

Thanks! I did let it sit but I did have a bit on the tip. I should have let that dry. I put all of my meds in the fridge this week, just in case b/c it has been so hot. I figured better safe than sorry. Taking no chances
