Overnight potty breaks
How often do you get up overnight?
I get up around 2:30 and then again at 4-ish.

it really depends on how much water i consumed after 6:30 at night. If I am still drinking at 8, I am up at least 3 times a night. If i cut myself off, then I get up maybe twice at most but sometimes only 1 time. We go to bed relatively early on the weekdays (usually 9) & I get up around 2 for the first time.

Early in this pregnancy I would get up 4 or 5 times a night. Now I get up 1 to 2x a night. Usually just once though. When I get in bed though, I usually go to the bathroom at least 2x before I actually fall asleep!

usually twice..once at around 1 and then again around 4 or 430. The other night i was up 5 times..it was ridiculous!

okay, this may sound crazy - but i found it works for me (though it may require you get in bed a little earlier than norm):
1. when ready to go to bed....use the bathroom and then get in bed (sitting up).
2. wait 20 minutes to 25 minutes and then use the bathroom again (whether or not you have to). Tinkle, wipe, stand up....(i'm not joking - this is what i do)...i jump up and down 3 times and sit back down and ALWAYS tinkle again.
go to bed.
i get up ONE TIME now before the alarm after doing this consistently for about 2 months now.

i know and EVERY time i jump - i feel like an idiot and then i sit back down and tinkle again and i'm like - well, there WAS something there still!

usually about 4 times a night. but thats because im drinking water everytime i get up. i was told i need to drink a gallon of water a day at LEAST...  so i try my best to keep it up at all hours im crazy i know! i pretty much just sleep walk to the potty now!

There's no option for zero.
I very rarely get up in the middle of the night to pee. I've probably done it maybe 6 times my entire pregnancy.
