Ovidrel - I took it out of fridge and left it out!
I found out today that I have to give myself the Ovidrel shot tomorrow. I was freaking out so I took it out of the fridge and left it out for a little while. What should I do???

It's fine!  just put it back and take it out tomorrow when you're ready to use it.

Really, you think? I am so scared to give myself this shot! Ugh, I totally wasn't thinking!
Last time I picked up the shot they gave it to me un-refridgerated. They did say that it just expires quicker.

def not a big deal. one time i left an entire follistim pen out overnight. dr. B said it was fine.
