Ovulation pains
What do they feel like? I was on the pill for the past 10 years and this is my first month off. If I were to have a 28 day cycle I would be ovulating around now. I have wierd shooting pains on my left side. Could this be me ovulating? Maybe its just gas

Yes, I normally get shotting pain on one side like near my ovaries... its off and on pain. It happens like 2-3 days before I O.

I do feel gassy on the 1st day I get the pain. THe pain for me lasts a couple of days...more after work- I guess b/c Im relaxing and notice it more and Im not running around.
Its like sharp pain near my ovaries and I almost feel like my poor ovary is sore and I even rub it lightly bc it hurts.

Yea it doesnt hurt that bad...but it just feels soooooo sore that I feel the need to rub it to make it better
