P90x
Sorry if this has been asked many times before, but has anyone done this and has been successful with weight loss?
I'm a big gym fanatic, but now that I have had DS, i simply have no time for the gym. I was thinking of buying this and popping in the DVD while DS plays or naps.
Any reviews and success stories are appreciated. Thanks

Hi,
I did not do p90 but I did do "Insanity" which is very similar (just no weights) I did it for a month and I really saw progress. Its a great place to start if you can't get away to the gym. I think I may try it again in the new year.
There are also "hybrid" calendars that you can find on the internet (if you wanted to mix it up with another program) My friend was doing p90 with Chalene Extreme and really like that combo.

My brother did it for a while. Very noticeable difference. After 2 months he started to look cut! He didn't even follow it exactly but had great results.
