Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
Anybody have experience with one, both? I see that the Breeze is super easy to fold and unfold, but is it worth it for twice the price of the Pack n' Play?

Have you ever put together/pulled apart a pack and play?
It's easy as pie. Especially after the first few times.

Nope. That's why I am asking
I'm just trying to figure out if the Breeze's "convienece" is worth it.

a regular pack n play can be PITA sometimes to close and open but i wouldnt pay double the amount for one that automatically did it.

Re: Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
all the pack and plays have the easy click buttons now... just remember to hold the button and lift up before you collapse it.
unless that other one makes you breakfast in bed, it certainly isn't worth all that extra money.

Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
My pack n play was a PITA,I have never heard of the Breeze..
ETA: Just watched the video demo and the Breeze looks amazingly easy, however, there is no way I could justify the price!

That's why I feel like I'm missing something, the price difference is huge, but I can't quite figure out why.

Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
I think that the brand in general is very pricey, but I would like to compare the two in person...

Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
When I went to bbb to register I saw both a pack and play and the breeze ... The breeze is much heavier then the pack and play to lift when closed but so so so easy to fold and unfold .... I like how much sturdier the breeze is compared to the pack and play ... The guy in the store said it is a matter of preference ... I registered for the breeze ... If I get it yay if not then I will put gift cars toward it

Re: Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
DH and I registered for the breeze. DH did a lot of research and felt it was the best choice for us. I wish I could tell you why he felt that way , but I don't remember. We are moving 2 times in 6 months and going to also be spending a lot of extended periods of time with family so we plan to use this as her main living area until we are settled.

Re: Pack n' Play vs. 4Moms Breeze
Honestly -- no offense to anyone but I'm totally scratching my head over here wondering why anyone finds their pack and play to be a PITA to fold up or unfold? I unpack and repack one everyday... so easy?
I've never used a Breeze but I'm also confused as to exactly how much more sturdy a playard could possibly be? I mean -- they're meant for babies and little toddlers. The pack and play we use is one of the basic no frills Graco ones and its super sturdy?
I guess you should go find somewhere that keeps them in stock and as the people at the store to let you try putting it together, etc. a few times -- then take into account how often you will actually be packing it up, etc.
If you're just getting it to set up on a separate level/room of your house and then for an occasional trip to grandparents etc. then that's different than if you're going to be using it on a daily basis to move around.
I will say -- it's much more attractive to me than a lot of the pack and plays which have the kid designs on them. (Although I guess that's why they're for the babies and not us.)
I like this one also and it's not quite as expensive as the breeze one.

Same with my DH. He is insistent that we put the Breeze on the registry. I'm more of a penny pincher than he is so the price tag of the Breeze kinda scares me. I guess I will just keep it on the registry and see if someone picks it up.

If someone picks it up then great. if not, then you will make a decision whether or not to stick with it. We dont expect anyone to spend that kind of money on us, however we might just end up surprised. A while back DHs aunt yelled at us for not putting enough "high priced items" on our registry... That was after the breeze was on there. We put a 600 dollar glider on there a week later just to see what would happen, and last week it showed up on our doorstep. His aunt wasn't even the one who bought it for us, You never know.
