Painful cramp when getting up from the bed...
I don't know if its the way I get up but I really try to just roll over and slowly rise on my side, but afterwards, not only do I get my regular shooting paing to my lower right back but now I get these painful cramps for a while after I get up. I don't know if its the way the baby is positioned but man I'm in freaking pain...I don't know how I'm going to make it to the end...I'm a very active and on the go person and I am planning on working towards the end...we shall see.
Does anybody else experience those? I get so scared that I am hurting hte baby somehow when that happens...I never experienced this with my first.

Could it be round ligament pain? I have that when I sneeze, cough, laugh or try to change position when I'm in bed.

i started getting them again in addition to my sciatica. I think its ligament pain cause the baby is low and the ligament is still stretching. Go about it slow and hang in there.

That's gotta be some major round ligament stretching. I mean they told me at my 20 week sono that the baby was 1 lb and 1 oz already so it is definitely going to be bigger than my son but still, this is painful...major charlie horse in the belly. I feel slightly better this morning.

I don't think it has to do with the size of the baby. Since this isn't your first pregnancy your muscles are much weaker than with your first. If you had a c section than they are even weaker still. It could definitely be round ligament pain but just more painful because of those reasons. I'm pregnant with baby number 3 and had minor round ligament pains with the first two but excruciating ones with this pregnancy since the beginning! I had a vaginal birth with my first and a csection with my second so this is my first pregnancy since having a c section. The dr said the weak muscles are causing the pain to be so bad. It is scary though! Very painful and very different than with my first 2! But I'm 35 weeks and everything looks good! Good luck and feel better!
