Painful nipples at 36 weeks
I can't remember if this is normal. Nipples are sore and hot. Maybe my glands are gearing up for milk production? Anyone experience this?

It sucks!! Reminds me of when I was first nursing my DS and the skin got so raw. I hope this means I'm hitting the home stretch!
