Paint bubbling
A few months ago we noticed a small section in the corner of the basement the paint was bubbling. I thought it was maybe because we had a minor back up from the toilet and water got in there. Today i was cleaning and noticed 2 more section of the basement. The water from the backup never touched those areas. Anyone know why this is happening and who I should contact to take a look at this. I really hope its nothing serious.

You would have to fix the moisture problem then I'd scrape the paint and then repaint. Just reprinting won't help if you still have the moisture problem.

use a paint made specifically for moist areas like BM bathroom paint. I had that problem in our master bath and after sanding/scraping and painting with the BM bath paint -- no more bubbling...even in areas that are hit with water during my husband's shower
